Williamsburg Carriage House

This beautiful home is located on a quiet tree lined block in Williamsburg. The home was a new-build ground up construction project. SMD was brought on the team once the structure and façade was up, but before any interior work had begun. This provided the SMD team with us a clean slate to design a sleek modern interior. The classic exterior is a wonderful juxtaposition against the modern interior the townhouse conceals. SMD was involved in all aspects of interior and architectural design. Custom designs include the staircase, kitchen and living room cabinetry, master bedroom platform bed and custom furnishings. SMD selected all furnishings throughout. Artwork is from the owners collection featuring young emerging artists.
