Battery Park Duplex

Located on a dead end street near the water’s edge along the west side, this duplex garners views of the Hudson from every window and private roof terrace. SMD involved in all aspects of interior and architectural design. Custom designs include the kitchen and dining room cabinetry, master bedroom millwork including integrated bed platform, window seating and master bathroom vanity. SMD selected all furnishings throughout and was involved in acquiring various pieces of artwork.
