Located on the 30th floor of the Olympic Tower building, two apartments with sweeping unobstructed views north and south were combined to create this spacious apartment. SMD designed all aspects of design from conceptual through construction administration, finish selection and select pieces of furnishings. The artwork is a collection of South American artists acquired by the client.

A quintessential loft apartment is located in what was once the The International Tailoring Company in the heart of the East Village. SMD designed all aspects of design from conceptual through construction administration, furnishings, finish selections and custom furnishings, such as bed and bookcases. Artwork is a combination of acquisitions directed by SMD as well as client private collection pieces.

Architect Gwathmey Seigel designed the building in which this apartment resides. The project was designed by Clodagh Design. As Project Director, SMD directed all aspects of design conceptual through construction administration, furnishings and finish selections, as well as objects realized – custom furnishings such as tv unit, dining benches and daybed.

Handel Architects designed residential condominium complex adjacent to the Highline. Project designed by Clodagh Design. SMD directed the acquisition and commissions of the artwork and sculpture.

Located on one of the blocks where the TriBeCa name originated, the loft is home within a quintessential cast iron building. SMD was involved in all aspects of interior and architectural design. Custom designs include kitchen and bathroom vanities, fireplace design, bed platform with integrated nightstands, custom furnishings and lighting. Furniture and artwork acquisition and placement of artwork from client’s private collection.
